As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

From Barrie to Toronto, Canada is Super Fun

Headed up north with my dad today.
Destination Elmvale, home of my cousin's kicka$$ comic book store.
Viola, the store and viola my cousin and her hubby.

As soon as you walk into her store, you're bombarded with an overdose of comics...it's pretty awesome!
And today, because we told her we were coming, the store was also bombarded with an overdose of family members... fabulous!

My cousin was there with his two girls who ooze with cuteness so I cashed in on hugs with them.
Shared a lot of stories and giggles... and even Yoda got in on the action, hahaha.
Then we all headed out for dinner, one big happy family.
THIS right here, this is my definition of family and I'm going to remember this moment right here when I'm in Korea, missing family, and dealing with you-know-who's "family".
In the late evening I met up with my boy J for super duper doses of crazy fun.
Team Brazil blinding my camera with their pearly whites.
They were all about Team Korea... don't ask, just accept it... hahahaha.
