As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

From Start to Finish the Day was Awesome

What better way to kick off a fresh new beautiful day than with a strong cappicino and a gorgeous friend.  Headed out to Starbucks with a great gal pal and played catch-up.
Met up with another childhood friend of mine for lunch.  She took me out to this new restaurant and I was overly fascniated by the fact that you pick what you want to eat on an iPad.
Wow,... Whitby is more progressive than I gave it credit for!
A few taps on the iPad and then a few minutes later the food started arriving.
After all that delish food, I hit the gym with a full belly of sushi.
Here's me coming back from training, running on the long stretch of road that connects the gym to my house.
I guess this is Whitby's kind of advertising.  Someone spray painted it on a random building and I see it every time I go to and from the gym.
Back to Starbucks I headed in the evening for some more coffee and more friendly catch-up!
Wednesday is my cheat meal day and I almost always celebrate it with some ice cream.
Tonight I met up with another friend of mine who just moved back to Whitby and together we indulged in some Dairy Queen.  Second DQ since I've been back.
