As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

While the Rest of Korea Freaked out Over MERS, I Enjoyed Some Free Entertainment

This is how Pyen Chi balances being a mommy and getting in her breakfast -- breakfast in bed with her babies sleeping around, on, and in her.  Note the baby in her tail.
Both Snickers and I try not to handle the babies too much and we haven't allowed anyone else to touch them but it's so hard not to want to pick them up and kiss them.
If it's not the pups giving me free entertainment and distraction then it's our mini Hulkies.
Today's lunch time entertainment came curtisey of 9 mini Hulkies who all wanted to test their skills (and bravery too) and step into the ring for a round with Snickers, the Korean Hulk.
My dinner entertainment came thanks to an unexpected arrival of a friend.  He is a maui thai boxer who trains at a local maui thai boxing club but tonight he came to train at Hulk's and spar with Snickers.
