As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Sunday in the City

After church today I went for a walk down Bloor Street. The street was blocked off, I wasn't too sure on what kind of festival was happening but it didn't matter.  That's the beauty of Toronto; something is always happening.
Spotted some funny signs I couldn't resist snapping pics of.
Then I treated myself out to a nice brunch.
I think I'll do this every Sunday; take myself out for a good meal.
Apparently I'm not the only one who had this idea.
The couple sat beside me took each other out plus their great grand daughter.  Notice how they're sipping on champagne, nice.
Later in the evening I met up with my boy J for some dinner and one long chat.
Chats with J are the best.  He knows me unlike most others.
