As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Hulk's Arrives at PPB... Monday, November 16

So this came for me today -- my Korean pro license and apparently the floor plan to the new building.  Is this homework for me because I was kind of under the impression that Snickers went and decked out the entire club without me and my input.
Gloves arrived too and Kick-Kat was all too excited when I told her she could have a pair.
Fierce females... I like it!
Ended up giving the Stinky Polack a pair too.  Gotta share the love.
I taught my Open Box class in the morning and then my Boxfit class but I also coached a Boxfit class for one of my coworkers.  It was a class right in the middle of our peak hours so it was a packed one!
The two people on the class waiting list ended up taking it upon themselves to jump in on the action and so what was suppose to be a class of 16 was a class of 18.
Talk about a lot of boxers and a lot of awesome energy for a Monday evening!!!
