As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Dressed Up for a Night on the Town

These were the outfits I debated to wear for tonight's much anticipated night out.
The first one had way too much cleavage for my comfort but the second outfit here was runner-up.
I'm not comfortable sporting cleavage but I'm down with a bit of midsection.
But it was the notorious little black dress that one the winning vote.
I love that it shows off my back tattoo and strong upper body and the fact that it has a high neck line, I think it's classy like that.  Super short and ultra tight but not sleazy.
Surprisingly enough, yes, this is the only shot I took of those who came out tonight.
There were various clusters of friends that showed up but because they didn't really know each other and the club was packed, it meant it was hard to get them to better mingle.  Nevertheless, everyone had phone and I pretty much stuck to dancing with this crew of friends.
