TODAY'S SCHEDULE:
5:30am Wake up, eat and get ready for work.
6:15am Arrive at the boxing club.
6:30am Personal training session with one of my clients.
7:30am Gear up and warm-up for sparring.
8:00am 12 rounds of sparring with Queen Spar.
9:00am Breakfast meeting with Coach Brown.
10:30am Arrive home, shower and email sponsors.
11:45am Lunch date with high school friend.
2:45pm Arrive home; nap time.
4:00pm Eat, do laundry, and do some light grocery shopping.
5:30pm Pick up stuff at the printers downtown.
6:15pm Drop by the boxing club for my gear.
6:30pm Fight Club at Cabbagetown Boxing.
8:30pm Come home, eat, shower, and then leave.
9:30pm Arrive at System for weight training: chest, triceps and shoulders.
11:00pm Leave System, down a protein shake and head home.
11:30pm Arrive at home, shower and relax.
12:30am Bedtime.
Today was 19 hours long and it consisted of 3 training sessions, each at a different training facility. It also consisted of 3 much-needed showers, 6 meals, 20 rounds of sparring, and about a billion beads of sweat and roughly a zillion smiles.
