As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

From Sunrise to Sunset

Only on the weekends do I get to see the sunrise.  During the work week I'm up at 5:30am and out the door by about 6:20 because I have early morning coaching and training so I always miss the sunrise.  It's so pretty though so on the weekend I consciously wake up to catch it.
Ok, so we went from a beautiful sunrise to this... hahahaha... nice.
Here I am trying to mustard up some fierce energy before I hit the weights.
Got in a good upper body workout today in my bada$$ kettlebell skull tank top.
These are the contents that made up my Saturday evening.
These things combined with the dim lighting of my bedroom, a super cozy queen bed, and one oversized tank top, made for quite the chill night in.
