As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

I Love with Our Weekend Breakfast Tradition

Apparently this is becoming our weekend tradition -- pancakes!!!
Forget Sunset Grill and their once-in-a-blue-moon pancake Tuesday, this is the second weekend I've been treated to home cooked pancakes.
Today's pancakes were not only busting at the seems with blueberries but they also had flaxseed in them!  They were super fluffy and ultra delish.
...and the company, aka the Pancake Master, was okay too... hahaha.

Good for her! Snickers has moved on, why shouldn't she? I just hope this guy is a good one. She deserves a good man.

Has Snickers moved on? She hasn't told readers that.

Snickers' girlfriend/self-professed future wife texted Amy to stop contacting him, remember? It was a few posts ago.

Hi Anonymous 1, 2, 3...and 4, 5?! Whomever....

That's the Painter and I will leave it at that :) And yes, Snickers has moved on though I should note him dating a drama queen who texted me drunk on Valentine's Day only served to make me look better in his eyes -- you don't always know what you got till it's gone, a lesson he most definitely is now learning.
