As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Lots of Love on a Chilly Sunday

This is love right here.
Note how I'm showing my food but have a super sincere happy glow on my face, yup.
These days I've been eating a lot of rice.  Carbs aren't the enemy people, negative thinking is!  I've got some long grain brown rice with brocolli and a super delish steak.
Now this right here, not too sure if this is love though... hahaha.
For some reason I had this great idea to order a long quad at Starbucks.  For those of you who don't know a quad is four shots of espresso.  Note how Ginger Spice is giggling.  She knows I'm about to go into ultra hyper mode in a split second, as soon as that caffiene gets into my blood and hits my brain.
Drinking the quad meant I showed up at System for training with what felt like my brain rattling in my head like it was nobody's business but it also meant I killed my cardio.
Did 5kms at 4:37mins/kim.  Fastest pace ever that my little Polska legs have ran.
Long after I had killed my butt at training I was still flying high as a kit from that overdose of caffiene.  Throw in the fact that some of my most favourite of favourite Asian Invasion Crew were there and, well, I was one overly happy but exhausted Polack!!!
