As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Back to the Grind of Double Training

Nothing like coming back home to a little letter left for you on the toilet.  I'm assuming this is from Kimson, the man that works in our building.  Whoever it is though, thank you.
After boxing I totally crashed on the floor.  I ate on the floor and then napped on the floor.  Too sweaty to sit on the couch and too exhausted to get up and shower.
After boxing it was more boxing -- team training up at Clancy's Boxing.
Ahhhh Coach Rico.  Our pain in training is definitely his pleasure.
I think my pain is my boy Fresh's pleasure too.... free shoulder rubs?!
Listen I'm an athlete.  You don't have to ask twice, seriously.
Tonight I told Leo the lion that Balboa Button is coming.
They're either going to be best of buddies or opponents in the ring,
battling it out for puppy dog rights to the club.
