As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Battling the Streets with the 9-5ers

Today I joined the "normal people" -- the 9-5ers -- on the busy streets of Toronto.
I had a ton of places to go, people to see, and things to do.  Forgot how busy Toronto gets when you try to fit your shifty schedule to its' mainstream flow.
My horoscope for today... oh I'm planning but slowing down?!  Really? I'm still stuck on Korean time, running at full speed with no sight of me being able to slow down.
Correction... well, minor one.  I did get to slow down somewhat.
Totally forgot that stores here open later than Korea so I sat down to wait.
Snapped these pics at the Eatons Centre while waiting for the shops to open.
Waiting didn't last long though, thankfully.  The guy at the shop I needed to visit let me in early and then just like that I was off running at full speed again.
