As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Distillery Fun and Cool Finds

Headed down to the beautiful distillery area downtown with a friend, Foo Man Chew.
I love how they've taken these old factory buildings and warehouses and have made them over.  Not too sure about their modern art pieces though.  Between you and me, this particular piece looks like something you should just keep in your pants, in you know what I mean.  I'm no pervert but come on!
This shop, my favourite!!! It's busting at the brim with one of a kind stuff.
...like these matches.
...and these magnets!!!
I for one love the sushi purse with it's piece of sushi on the front of it.
This clock though was absolutely fabulous!!! I love, love, LOVE it!!!
It tells the time by lighting up the words on it.  I'm in favour of the black one.
My friend was in favour of these knifes.
How about a book for dogs called "How to Make a Human Happy"... interesting read.
These workings were "making a new love"... hahaha.  Had lots of fun playing with that pun.  They've taken down the old love sign.  It was full of locks that couples and random people had covered it with.  Now it's time for a different kind of love though, a new one.
And speaking of love, does this guy seriously love his liquor this much that he has to set up a chair and blanket so he can wait outside of the LCBO?!  You do realize the sign says it's open so I'm not too sure on what's going on here but I had to snap a pic.
