As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

From Sweaty Tops to a Sweet Top

Sweaty me and then me with a scrunched up face, trying to take a flex shot because with all the weight I've been losing I've been getting skinny and I hate skinny.
Skinny means not strong in my mind... weak... and that's not something I want.
I get teased a lot by Coach Perez and the guys at boxing for my silly foodies but this one was good.  It's simply tuna mashed in with salsa and about two handfuls of spinach.
Popeye would be proud.  Love my spinach!!!
And speaking of love... how did I totally forget about Freezies?!  Hello Mr. Freeze!!!
Perhaps I never was crazy about them but after 11 years of not having one I rediscovered them today and went absolutely bonkers over the awesomeness of them!
Random shot taken in the afternoon, after boxing.
Just me chillaxin' with Balboa Button on a beautiful afternoon.
With training done early today, I had the late afternoon and on to do whatever I wanted.
Part of what I wanted was getting a new shirt made up for my fight uniform.
Ginger Spice and I are claiming "Team Offensive" as ours.
This shirt, it fits like a glove... woozers!!!
