As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Busy with Business, Again and Always... Thursday, June 23

Got word that the first issue of the comic book being written about me is ready for me to review, very cool. Now I have to schedule in a trip out of town to get that done.  Not too sure when I'll have a chunk of time to do that but it's on my to-do list.

Busy, busy, busy today... busy everyday.

Running, boxing, weight training, a meeting with one of business mentors to attend, business phone calls to make and business emails to answer, Internet research to do, and a lot brainstorming to do.

Note to my friends,  please don't ask me,  expect or complain about me NOT meeting up with you unless you expect me to bounce business ideas around with.  I may not have a 9-5er job like most but I also don't have a paycheck either.  Entrepreneur,  a person who works 80hrs to avoid a 40hr work week... it's so true. I vouch most entrepreneurs work more than that though.  Business always on the brain and always coming out of our mouths.

Met up with a long time close friend of mine today,  Italiano.  Met up after weight training, around 10:30pm.  I haven't seen him for awhile but it was good to see him; always good to see him.  He's awesome to bounce ideas around with and while it's usually him making fun of my love life and lack there of it, tonight he helped me a lot with generating ideas for my upcoming business venture.
