As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

One Jam Packed Tuesday, Yikes

Started my much anticipated busy day off with early morning weight training and a business meeting with a mentor.  Scored some BCAAs and a pre-workout drink, nice.
Then it was off I raced to another business meeting.

Arrived at the boxing club right on time but Coach Perez was running late so I
got in a snooze on the step of the club... yup, right outside in the open.
Perhaps the snooze was much needed because no sooner did he arrive for training
but then it was go, go, go.  Left the club super sweaty and totally spent.
Arrived back at home with just enough time to get in a small power nap.
I had loaded up my day with back-to-back meetings and early morning training because tonight I was being taken out for dinner.  I then got dressed to impressed and headed out.
