As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Surrounded by Solid Women

I stepped into the ring today out in Oshawa, at James Town Boxing, and did some sparring with Killer Bee.   She's got a fight in two weeks.
Don't let the green fags fool you, Killer Bee is such a cutie and is so sweet.  Today part of my job sparring with her was to try to toughen her up.  I did some bag work with her and also some pad work.

What are these?!  New boots... yuppers.
I've been needing new boots for a while and these just happened to be the second last pair of Ringside boots, last pair of green ones, and low and behold they were my size.

After sparring I headed back to Toronto.
I bought my ticket and then sprinted for that Go Train.  Dropped all my gear on the seat in front of me.  I was officially the smelliest and sweatiest rider on that train, for sure.
Returned to Toronto only to scramble to get errands and work done before I was to then meet up with these two beautiful Polacks -- the Polish Princess and Polska B.
Us three Polacks on the town, nice.  We're the Polska Posse.
