As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Bye-Bye Baby, Goodbye

I'm not one to really believe in fortune telling but I did score a pretty wicked fortune in my fortune cookie.  Thanks to my sidekick Balboa for adding some cuteness to my presentation of it.
Good job little buddy.
Today some workers came to do some stuff at my apartment and I left a note on my bedroom door to notify them that a certain little four-legged boy was in it.  I returned home to find that they had added to my note, super cute!!!
Tonight I'll be leaving Balboa.  I'll be heading off on vacation and he'll be going to stay at my friend's place while I'm gone.  I made sure to get in some extra snuggles with him before I left.
Tonight he will be snuggling with these two lovelies.  I hope he's good for them.
