As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Some Sweaty, Sweet Competition

Got into a friendly competition today at the gym.  This was my competition's results.
And these were mine... not to brag or anything but I did double his results after already had exhausted myself on the first try... hahaha.  Loved it.  I beat a boy.
I train like a girl... try to keep up.
Looking up from my weight training and seeing this sign was all too appropriate!!!
Okay, so maybe my competition could kick my butt at the wall climbing but then
again I never tried it out.  Maybe I could have and would have!
A little competition is always good but I didn't need the added push to kick up my training.  I was already kicking my own butt by myself.
Kicked my butt so much at training, I left the club drenched in sweat.
I looked as if I had honestly peed my pants!!!
