As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Ask Away... Thursday, January 5

Today I coached two of my personal training clients, got in some solid boxing and weight training and also got some work done at the library.

Worked on my homepage template… Viola, you like?!

My homepage set up is so old school, I know.  And as much as I argue that the old school is the new school, my old school template isn’t of that same school.  It’s been ghetto looking from the start, I know.  Do I really care though?  Nope.  What I do care though is with regards to who is reading this.  Most of my homepage readers don't comment and those who do send me private messages.

Things that make you go hmmm....

Here's a question to you, my homepage readers... my silent homepage readers... Do you have any questions for me?  If you do, press the comment button and type away.  I'll answer.  Correction, I'll answer to the best of my ability.  Those who have been following my homepage know there are some things I've eliminated because, well, I'm legally not allowed to discuss until those involved have been notified, like "stuff" with Snickers".  I'll try my best to answer you though, I pinky promise.

I take it you have a lot of silent readers. ;-) Of course I want an update on your gym in Korea (and Snickers). I'm excited for your upcoming plans...definitely jealous of your trip to the Philippines. ^^

No real questions. I wish we lived closer.
