As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Balboa Keeps Me in Good Spirits

With tomorrow being Moving Day for Balboa and I, coming home to him
Neflixin' and chillin' was amusing but we don't have time for that.
Time to work and yes, he did help take out the garbage.
Yet another reason why Balboa may very well be the perfect man.
He may only stand in at a foot high but he's always quick to be by my side and help me out, even if that just means amusing me in the halls by jumping as I do the garbage.
Not too sure if he's hating me here or just agreeing to it because he knows it made me smile so much but tonight I scored this wicked little boxer outfit.

Hey Anonymous,
Hahaha... thanks. I couldn't stop laughing when I put it on Balboa. It looked hilariously cute. He didn't seem to mind it though because unlike other dog clothes that go over the entire body this only went over his neck and front two legs.
