As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

If I'm Not Training, I'm Probably Eating

How's this for some solid food porn for you?!
This was my lunch -- a big bowl of grade A goodness.
Roasted chicken, almonds, cranberries, shredded kale, roasted sweet potato, organic brown rice, Fuji apples, fresh goat cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette.
This was my dinner -- a poke bowl.
A slice of orange, diced mango, chunks of watermelon, edamame, shredded greens, lotus root, chunks of salmon sashimi, tuna sashimi, white crab meat, and pineapple.
This was also dinner... a little add on.
I'd love to tell you what was exactly in it but I can't really remember.
It was a melody of this and that and everything fine and raw under the sun.
No picture of my breakfast or snacks, didn't really intend to eat out as much as I did today.
But after all that super clean eating, I did cheat and have a bowl of M&Ms which I should note melted.  I sat in front of my fan in my condo eating them and they still sweated away, just like me.
