As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

A Full Day of Excessive Sweating

Usually it's me being pushed to exhaustion by my coaches but today it was then being left exhausted.
After my own boxing training, I then spent a good chunk of time watching the coaches at Elite step into the ring for sparring.  I was most interested in watching Coach Bogs and Coach Jun Jun spar.
Mid day nap with Balboa after boxing.

Balbao is my shadow, seriously, and if he's not sleeping on me, sitting on me, or walking all over me, he's usually somewhere close by starring at me.
Fresh off the press... flyers for the Empowered boot camp, Round Two.
But before Round Two starts, we have to finish off Round One.
Boot camp with the Empowered Sisters tonight at Ayala Triangle Gardens.
And then it was off to hitting the weights for my own workout, at my condo gym, then making a quick visit to Primal Ape.  Snapped a pic with one of their coaches I know.

P.S.  I don't recommend killing a leg workout and then giving yourself just enough time to sprint over to where ever you have to be.  My legs hate me now!
