As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Help Arriving... Monday, August 14

I may have just scored my first sponsorship here in the Philippines but how ironic, it's from a company back in Canada... nice.  I'm hoping to be taken on by them as a brand ambassador and I'm really excited about it.  I had a phone call with them late in the evening tonight, to discuss what I'm eating, my training, and how they can better assist me.

With me having launched Empowered and hopefully soon opening up the Empowered 1.2, I really want to up my look and make my image all that stronger and more fierce.  Having a team of professionals on my side is definitely going to help me.

Tonight's homework:  Map out what a "usual" week for me looks like, focusing specifically on my training and eating -- when and what I do for training and when and what I eat.
