As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Not Much to Say About Today... Sunday, October 8

Episode 2 of food poisoning in the Philippines, playing now in my tummy... sadly it's true. Day 3.

No sparring today because of food poisoning.  It was a struggle to go to the market, a struggle to go to watch the fights and a struggle to go to Greenhills.  I had to make sure I had all the bathroom locations covered... seriously.

TMI moment, I know.

Every thing I eat, no sooner do I eat it but out it comes.  Been like this since late Thursday.

Again with the TMI... oops, sorry.

The lack of food staying in my body is leaving me super light headed and dizzy.  I was only somewhat comfortable and feeling okay when I was laying down so after I did what I had to do with my errands and whatnot I flopped down on the couch.
