As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

A Beautiful Thursday in the Philippines

I think I may have found my new go-to-joint for my Thursday morning breakfast out.
Holy squad goals 101, more dogs and bigger dogs!!!
This beautiful pack of awesomeness all belongs to the same family.  Love it.
Perks of knowing the owner of a guys-only salon, free shaves before he opens up the shop for the day.
Perk of this little one having someone that loves him to the moon and back, me allowing him to use me as a couch.  When is this guy not either on me or attached to me, seriously!
No training today but all work.  Thursdays are pretty awesome in my books.
Pizza for the birthday boy, a tradition I've always done when it's one of my dog's birthdays.
Don't worry, he didn't eat it all.  He shared.  There's two pizzas actually.
