As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

From Sweats to Sweets

Kicked off my day with stepping into the ring with Coach Bogs for sparring at Elite.
Snapped some pics of my walk home from Makati.  It's quite a pretty walk back.
Where the streets are lined with palm trees, that's where I live.
I love this street.  It's the first street that greets me when I arrive back in The Fort BGC.
In the evening I attended an launch event for This Is Ground at The Refined.
This Is Ground makes these gorgeous bags that I can only afford to look at... if even that.
And speaking of only being able to look at... I should have snapped a picture of this platter earlier.
It was loaded with cheese, crackers, sliced meats and all that good stuff
I can't eat because I'm cutting weight.
