As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

A New Beautiful Day

On Thursdays I eat like a queen... extra carbs for me today, thanks.  Love it!!!
This is what walking to Poblacion from BGC in flip flops looks like... dirty!!!
Hand wraps for dayyyyyys!  Hand wraps so long I'm literally standing outside the
boxing club door, winding them up for training.
Am happy to announce I've picked up a sponsor.  It couldn't have come at a better time too.
From beast to beauty.
Training was a no go today on account of my "great idea" yesterday that turned out to be a bad idea after all.  That ice candy I ate yesterday on an empty tummy, ya, it made me sick.  I arrived at training and geared up only to pack up and leave.  Wasn't feeling up to going out for a business event tonight but I managed to head out and show my support.
Sake, suits and shoes tonight at The Refined and the crowd loved it.
These four gentlemen, best dressed for sure.  Custom-tailor suits that this picture clearly doesn't
do justice.  If there ever were a sexy suit I'd drool over, it were these!!!
