As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

A Full Fabulous Friday

I knew it'd be a super busy day but it started off with this struggle -- leaving Balboa.
I'm convinced he's not just an animal, not just a dog.  This little guy understands me like no one else.
 Arrived today to the delivery from one of my suppliers -- samples for my Lil' Sistas sweaters!!!
Who needs a model when you have badass female fighters?!  Exactly.  Slay!
I wasn't anticipating training with Coach Marcelo today, I thought Coach Adamson would be back.  But, as it turned out, he never came back today so Coach Marcelo killed me again.
I got notified that my first shipment from Pakistan arrived today so when I left boxing 
I raced it back to BGC and went to pick them up... I was so excited!!!
12 pairs of the Exclusive Empowered Slay gloves have arrived.
