As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

I Work Out... Tuesday, July 3

Imaginary lat syndrome, it's a thing.  It's "the awkward stance that some people take in order to swell their chest in a ridiculous attempt at make non existing muscle seem present. Generally, the arms are lifted away from the body as if huge lat muscles were pushing them away."

Went into my condo gym today to train, there were only two of us but who should be the third?!

The dude with the imaginary lat syndrome.

Now, I'm not hating but I'm also not going to pretend to have something I don't so I'm going to continue to train -- to train hard.

Today's full body workout:
  1. Incline chest press
  2. Lat pulldown
  3. Front-to-side dumbbell raises
  4. Bicep pushups
  5. Weighted tricep dips
  6. Bulgarian split squats
  7. Romanian Deadlifts
  8. Frog squats
  9. Reverse crunches
