Being hungry makes me hangry but preworkout makes me nasty.
Seriously. The struggle is real.
I was super busy all day but I didn't want to miss my weight training workout. I also didn't want to leave the house either, put on some real clothes, and leave the work I was working on. The struggle was very real. I figured taking a scoop of preworkout would "put me in the mood", or so to speak, and it'd jump start my training.
No such luck.
I walked into that gym as Ms. Grumpy Pants, Queen of the Frowns, Master of the Death Stare.
Note to self, don't take preworkout again.
Not only did it make me have to go pee four times within my workout but it also made me super snappy and ultra edgy. Am I though only one that gets like this on preworkout??? I know many friends who get jittery and sweaty because of it but that's nothing compared to the "I-want-to-Hulk-smash-you" feelings that race through my bones when I take it!!!
