Spent over four hours at the computer, working on Lil' Sistas, and then I ate half a pizza.
...half a pizza and a bag of Doritos.
...half a pizza, a bag of Doritos and an ice cream cone.
...half a pizza, a bag of Doritos, an ice cream cone, and a handful of popcorn.
That was my cheat meal. My weekly cheat meal was a good one but I didn't feel full.
I had lost my time today working on the computer, at the gym training and then dealing with measuring and working on the details on some of the Slay line products with Empowered. Three coffees later and I realized almost 8 hours had gone before my last meal, which was also my first and only meal, breakfast.
