As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Thursdays Are My Favourite

Another non-traditional training space where I coach my PT boxing clients.
I actually prefer spaces like this.  It forces me to get creative with not only best utilizing the surroundings but also being selective with what equipment I can bring.
Spent some time at the printer's, printing up my thank you note cards
that I add with all my online orders.
Spent another chunk of my time actually writing up these thank you cards.
It made my hand cramp up but what a blessed problem to have!
Viola, the packaging I've created for my Slay hand wraps, accompanied with a hand written thank you note from me to each and every one of my sweet customers.
The good, the bad, and the ugly -- we grow through what we go through... and I consider myself to be blessed to have grown through what I've gone through with him by my side.
Went for a chop today... a big chop.   I may not have a lot of hair but
I somehow managed to cut over 6 inches of it.
I vouch it can still go shorter.  I'm not hyper or protective of my hair.  It really serves
no purpose beyond covering up the odd head-butting injury from boxing.
