As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

My New Life and New Business

My Empowered Clubhouse private group page is getting bigger and stronger.
My Vlog channel on YouTube, lacking in subscribers but it's also super new.
My training is on point but I'm glad to be returning to boxing this week.
I miss the exhaustion and total physical push that boxing gives me.
My Slay line, definitely getting attention though it's not yet launched.
I pretty much have the second item down but am still working on the first item that needs to launch before it.  The struggle to find the right material is real.  If only this were Canada...
Random picture here of my reaction when someone said I'm "tough like a guy, minus the balls".
Who said us women don't have balls?  What the hell do you think is on my chest?!  Exactly.  We women have balls, they're just located differently and they're bigger than yours!
