As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Too Tired to Write... Wednesday, September 19

Today was a super busy day, I had clients to train early in the morning so I left my house shortly after 7am for that, then I had my own boxing and a couple of business meetings.  Business meetings with me mean meeting up with me either at The Refined or the boxing club.  Today's meeting were at the boxing club and consisted of us sitting on the floor and the stationary bikes.

The hoodies and caps, the fundraising items, for the Lil' Sistas Project arrived today.  Now I have the fun of packaging them up, writing out the thank you notes, and then delivering them.  It's a lot of work but I'm blessed to have the task.

By the time the day had finished, I had walked to three different cities, gone to three different gyms, eaten two of my meals on the side of random street curbs, had lugged my bodyweight worth of coaching and boxing gear with me for 9 hours and then had a massive bag full of Lil' Sista fundraiser items to take home.
