As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Teddy Bears at Boxing and Boys at Home

Guess who came with me to the boxing club... yes, that's right.  "Teddy" came.
I've yet to officially name him, nor have I decided yet whether he's a he or a she.
Thanks to a certain someone hogging the ring and filming, I got stuck having to get
the bike moved to the corner so that I could warm up for boxing.  I wasn't impressed.
I've been in the Philippines for 622 days and have had 4 fights cancelled,
ask me again when my next fight is.
Returned home from boxing, frustrated by some "background stuff" going on at the club.
Opened the door and viola, instantly happy again.  Doggies, God's gentle reminder to smile everyday.
By the way, that's Cassius' new harness.  It looks exactly like a vest and bow tie. Super handsome!
