As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Almost Full Speed Again... Wednesday, January 9

Almost all of my clients are back in the country and back to training with me full time.

Good... great... F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S.

Feels good to be back training my ladies and today I kicked off my day with a morning sweat sesh with one of my real badass babes.  I call her the Badass Boss Babe.  She's older than all my clients but she's definitely one of the fiercest and most driven ones.  I most definitely can see why she's so successful in life and appears to "have it all", including the good looks and gorgeous children.  She is just so driven and focused.  Sometimes she gets distracted during training when her cellphone gets a text or a random call but I know it's also because she runs her own business and business for any real boss babe doesn't really stop when working out starts.  I respect that and I can totally relate to that.  Hey, I answer business emails while I'm warming up on the spinning bike at boxing.

After coaching back-to-back clients, I then walked over to the boxing club for my own training.

By the time training was done, it was 3pm.  

I had left my house at 8:30am.

Shower, eat, coffee, nap... up again and ready to work on Empowered by 5:30pm.

At the gym by 8:30pm and done training by 9:30pm.

Shower, eat, work some more on Empowered.

Relax at 10:30pm.

Asleep by 12:30am.
