As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

No Longer Accepting... Sunday, January 27

To those asking me about my Commit to Be Fit 2019 promo, yes, it technically still runs for 4 more days but no, it has ended. I have ended it. I have a cap on how many personal training clients I take on and I've reached it so I am no longer taking on new clients.

I don't believe in spreading myself thin and jeopardising my energy, effort and the attention my clients should be, could be and would be getting for the sake of making a bigger pay check. Remember, I used to coach for free. I did that because I love what I'm doing and I believe in what I'm doing. It was a means of sharing my passion and building my name but of course it wasn't sustainable.

If you're still interested in being coached by me, awesome, either invest in my company to help launch the private boxing studio sooner than later so that I can take on more clients or be asked to be put on the waiting list.
