As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

One Epic Monday Coming... Thursday, January 24

So, I've got big news and because I don't really question who actually reads my homepage here and assume those in my physical daily life don't, I'm going to let you in on a secret.

On Monday I'm scheduled to have breakfast with my most favourite boxer e-v-e-r.

Yup, it's true.

I've rescheduled all my clients, my training and my boxing accordingly because Monday is going to be e-p-i-c.  Meeting "him" means I've got some extra work to do because I want to briefly tell him about the Lil' Sistas Project.  I know he's all about charity work and giving back to the Philippines, I know he's going to love what I'm doing with the Lil' Sistas.  I want to get a hat made for him and ask him to, on film of course, give a little shout out to my Lil' Sistas.  They're going to go absolutely bonkers when they see it, if I can get him to agree to do this that is.

I'm way too excited about this.  I honestly could pee my pants on the spot!!!
