As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

A Special Helper for the Lil' Sistas

Headed out to the beautiful location of the Center of Hope for some boxing with my Lil' Sistas.
I had brought The Captain along to help me coach the girls and he was such an
awesome sport at helping me and I think the girls had a ton of fun with him.
The girls are always so full of great energy and are always super fun to coach but it was extra special coaching them today with The Captain assisting me.  I think they definitely help make his short trip to the Philippines a memorable one.
And, as we were about to leave, I received the first batch of letters from the newly launched Snail Mail Program so it was a special moment for me.  I have so much high hope for this program.
Our last picture, taken at the airport just a minute or two before he left us and was gone.
