Back to the Gym Nasty Grind

Took a week off training to nurse an injury so it felt good to be back!!!

And so starts the weight cut again.

Last time I was here, I was with The Captain.... awwwww.... [enter extra sad sad faces].

 Viola, the house hunt for the Empowered Clubhouse has reached a conclusion.
