As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Where Did the Day Go?... Sunday, August 18

I coached six fighters today but I DID NOT workout.  The doctor said I needed to take "the day off" so I took that as a day off training.  I didn't interpret as a day off coaching though, I couldn't, after all I had switched all my fighters I coach on Saturday to today because of the rugby tournament.

Coached 6 fighters.
Went to church.
Worked on admin stuff for my fighters and Lil' Sistas Project.

Yeah, that was basically my entire day.

By the time 11pm came around I was pretty much spent and so I flopped on the couch to watch some TV but ended up passing right out.

Sorry my homepage entry isn't so interesting for today.  I'm sure possibly something exciting happened today but I really didn't have any time to breath or digest the day.  It was simply go-go-go from the morning I woke up at 6am.
