Starting this week and continuing every second week of the month, the following will occur for each and every one of my fighters training with me at Empowered Clubhouse:
Monthly body reads.
Monthly weigh-ins.
Monthly goals.
Monthly goal tracking.
Monthly P.A.T. reports.
I'm typing up all these forms, creating a new program, and then ensuring all my fighters participate in it because I'm seeing a real lack of disciple and commitment among many of my fighters and it is frustrating. They want to see results, I want them to have results, but their consistence is lacking and the fact that many of them only train once a week is hardly going to make a dent in anything. They need to be more proactive about their lifestyles and that's the key right there -- they need to make health and fitness a part of their every day lifestyle, and not just a once a week kind of thing.
