As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Fun In the Sun with Lil' Sistas

This was the scene outside my door today -- so many cute, adorable little kids shoes.
They belonged to the Lil' Sistas from Holy Family Home.
Today we enjoyed some fun in the sun at my community pool.
Some fun in the sun was followed by some delish pizza and a movie.
It was also followed by a nap for some.
This was the first time I've ever had an event for the Lil' Sistas at my clubhouse and here's
to hoping we will have more like this.
In the evening, I headed off to rugby where us Lady Mavericks trained with the Baby Mavericks.
My team here won one of the games we played so we won some Halloween chocolate.
Notice how the two boys wore Halloween makeup.  They tried to look scary but they're too cute.
