As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

I'm Not Interested... Saturday, November 9

Reason 101 why I will never get married again:  I don't want to commit to anything, be that a relationship, a house, a job, etc., that IF shit hits the fan I can't walk away from.  Walk away, as in legally, financially, no-strings-attached detach myself from.

Harsh sounding, perhaps, but it's the truth.

I married once for love and look at how that ended up.
Did that, done that, forgot to get the t-shirt but am still being dragged by the strings attached.

Reason 101 why I would get married again (IF I absolutely had to actually pick a reason, that is): to stay in the Philippines and secure my business, more specifically, my Lil' Sistas Project.  If I legally wasn't able to continue my Lil' Sistas Project, I'd get married so that I could continue to fight for them and take it to the next level.  I know that's no reason to get married, hence why I labelled it as an "absolutely had to" reason.
