As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

After three great games and sushi with my boy buds and one of my Flipside Fitness gal-pals, we all parted our ways and I got back to boxing club business at home... or so was my intentions but what ended up playing out was far from business-only.

Screen shots of my night.... well, day.... night turned into day.
Long after I had parted from my boy buds, a bombardment of boy buds flooding my phone started.
It started at 3:21am with Sam messaging me on Kakao Talk, then it started up on my Kakao Story with Mouse Doctor, King Kong and Snickers.
And if the bombardment wasn't enough, I found out they were still all together!!!  Some where out in Cheonan here they were sitting around all messaging me.  It was a late night for them, meaning it was an equally late night for me too.

And that wasn't the worse of it.  One of them decided to video call me at 4:22am.
Ya, that's apparently both the advantage and disadvantage of being married -- the loop hole in this marriage. Snickers thinks nothing of his guy friends messaging me at all hours of the night but neither do they.  They do it a lot.  Apparently I'm one of my man's boys.
At 5:30am King Kong decided to show up at my doorstep, telling me that he had to go to work in a couple of hours so he wanted to sleep on my floor.  After he teased my four-legged pups and scrambled around on the floor with them, it was then lights out for him.
A couple of hours later I had to wake up for Shopping for Abs with the ladies of Flipside Fitness so I had to race out the door... not before snapping some shots of him first though... hahaha.
