As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

 Skinny girls may look good in clothes (though I beg to differ) but fit girls look better naked. 
 The ever so strong, ever so beautiful Alicia Marie.  Ever since I shared a laugh with her in Toronto she's been one of my favourite female fitness models.  "Let's get physical" panties... hilariously appropriate for her to be wearing but I'm sorry Alicia, I think you're amazing but you got to lose those Everlast gloves and switch them to some Adidas ones!

Michaela Augustsson is a new favourite fitness model of mine.  I love, love, LOVE her shoulders.


 I have so much admiration for these fabulously buff babes and whenever I am lacking in motivation or am frustrated with my own progress, I tell myself to look to them.  They really inspire me and wouldn't it be so honorable to be the one someone looks to for that.  That is my reason to get fit, well one of them.
