As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Hulking Out with September

Our September calendar is filling up with lots to keep us and our Hulkies busy.
8th -- Girls Only Movie Night
8th -10th -- closed for the Chusoek holiday
15th - 19th -- Hulk's Fitness Challenge, Round One
20th -- Daejon Fight Tournament (today KBC changed it from the 10th to 20th)
5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th -- Sparring Day (7-9pm)
And our weight training equipment area is quickly filling up with more equipment to keep them training hard.
Still to come are some kettlebells, one more 4kg medicine ball and one more stability ball to be blown up.
We also have custom-made gloves being shipped in from Pakistan and lots of members waiting to get a hold of their own personal pair.  As for me showing off my Hulk socks, those were a gift from a friend but I'd love to add them or more clothing items to our mini pro shop.
