Sadly enough, I can't pick this stunning lady -- Mari -- though she would be my absolute very first choice if I could get another big four-legged friend. I've always loved greyhounds.

Initially, I thought Pyen Chi would be my running partner but she is much more into being Snickers' wrestling partner and my cuddle buddy so Mari would be perfect for me. She'd also give Pyen Chi quite the workout while playing outside by the river. However, Mari is located at an animal shelter on Jeju Island and I know, I know... stick with the small dogs. Sorry but I've never really been into the ankle-biters.

So, here's the list of possible potential future four-legged friends we're thinking about. They're all up for adoption though a couple of them are in foster care right now.

1. Ogy
This little guy is a mixed breed. I love the coppery colour of his coat when the sun hits it. He's located at a shelter in Daejon, is neutered and dog-friendly. As his story goes, he's one of those great dogs who repeatedly gets looked over. Consequently, he's been living at the shelter since 2009 and the fact alone made me consider him. He's waited too long for deserving love.

2. Wombat
Another tiny, little boy up for adoption. He's about 4kg and they estimate he's 2 years old. Currently in foster care and his foster care mom is considering adopting him because he's apparently he's been labelled the "bestest of dogs" (though I argue that was Mi Nam's title).

3. Jacob
This little guy's bio on the animal shelter homepage caught my eye because it mentioned that he'd be a great companion for anyone who likes to hit the trails -- hello Snickers and Pyen Chi -- and he likes to go for jogs and cuddle -- hello me!!! He's a medium sized dog so he's not so small but not so big.
