As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Headed over to a favourite Cheonan shopping spot of mine -- the traditional market.
An overdose of grains and beans, followed by a machine that'll give you a heart attack if you're not expecting it.  It pops out massive rice discs -- strange but delish.
I may love my chicken like non other but something about buying chicken that's sitting out in the open like this just freaks me out.  And I don't even know what that meat is in the left picture.  I think it's pigs feet.
And this is where I get my eggs (place in the right pic).  I simply drive up to the curb and the guy runs over with 60 eggs for me -- drive-by-eggs... hahaha.
This marks the "Proceed with Caution" area of the traditional market.  I'm a sucker for bread and I'm a sucker for a super friendly Korean man who always goes out of his way to say hi when I'm around.  I'd stop to chat with him but he makes these dangerously delish, crazy-carb killer doughy snacks that are filled with brown sugar.  They're oh-so-delish but oh so not friendly to the hips!!!
I figured I had spent enough time at the market so then I went cruising around Cheonan.  I had no real destination in mind but I stopped by the "Old Man Bridge", a bridge here in Cheonan that's notoriously known to be packed on a daily bases with older Korean men.  Not sure what they're really doing but there's always a swarm of them, like 20-30 of them!
Dropped by Mouse Doctor's house.  He's off snorkeling and swimming with Snickers but his four-legged buddies are all there so I came by to give them some snackies.
Beautiful Mung Chi greeted me, he's so sweet but boy does this guy ever drool, yikes.
